Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Assistant to join our growing skincare team. This is a fully remote position, perfect for someone passionate about the beauty industry and e-commerce operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, contributing directly to our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and fulfill customer orders received through our e-commerce platform.
- Monitor order statuses, identify potential delays, and proactively resolve shipping issues.
- Manage inventory levels for dispatched products and flag discrepancies.
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and returns via email.
- Maintain detailed records of all order-related activities and communications.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the e-commerce team.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent written communication skills for clear customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
