No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, on-the-job training to equip you with all the knowledge and techniques needed to excel. You will be responsible for providing specialized spot treatment and cleaning services for carpets and upholstered furniture in residential homes, ensuring our clients’ furnishings look their best. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive comprehensive training on various carpet and upholstery cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
  • Perform detailed spot cleaning and treatment of carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture within residential settings.
  • Identify different fabric types and carpet materials to apply appropriate cleaning solutions and methods.
  • Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards during cleaning procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Manage and organize cleaning supplies and equipment in company vehicles.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and daily reports accurately.
