Job Description

As an Entry-Level Dispatch Support team member at FedEx, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our logistics network. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist dispatchers with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.

  • Maintain accurate records of driver activities, vehicle status, and shipment progress.
  • Address basic driver inquiries and relay complex issues to senior dispatch personnel.

  • Utilize dispatch software and tools to track and update shipment information.
  • Support the team in emergency situations and problem-solving.
  • Adhere to all company safety and operational policies.
