Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creatively-driven Pinterest Influencer Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial for identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with Pinterest creators and influencers whose aesthetics and content align with our clients’ brand visions. You will be at the forefront of shaping impactful Pinterest campaigns, focusing on talent identification, content strategy, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Pinterest ecosystem, a keen eye for creative talent, and a proven track record in influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and recruit top-tier Pinterest influencers and creators whose content aligns with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Pinterest influencer strategies, including campaign briefs, content guidelines, and activation plans.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation to content review, approval, and performance tracking.
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with influencers and their management teams, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal creative, media, and account teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand safety guidelines, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a significant focus on Pinterest.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and onboard diverse creative talent.
- Strong understanding of Pinterest algorithms, content best practices, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven project management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
