Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our remote team within the USA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, providing exceptional service and technical assistance for a wide range of inquiries. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with a global brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer support via phone, chat, and email, resolving member issues with Netflix accounts, billing, content, and technical inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot streaming issues across various devices and platforms (Smart TVs, gaming consoles, mobile devices, web browsers).
  • Educate members on Netflix features, services, and subscription options.
  • Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of member satisfaction and contribute to a positive brand image.
  • Stay informed about new Netflix content, features, and policy updates.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and multiple applications simultaneously.
