Job Description

As an All-Rounder, you will rotate through different departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and provide local information and recommendations.
- Assist with guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Prepare rooms for guest arrival, perform cleaning duties to Marriott's high standards, and manage linen and amenity inventories.
- Support food and beverage operations, including serving guests, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, process payments, and manage daily financial reports.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and a cohesive guest experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
