Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pharmacy Data Processor to join our remote team. In this high-volume data entry role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing critical pharmaceutical data, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of information that supports our pharmacy operations and patient care services. This 100% remote position requires exceptional focus, a strong commitment to accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment. You will play a vital role in processing prescriptions, patient information, and insurance details, directly impacting the efficiency and quality of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and verify high volumes of pharmaceutical data, including prescription details, patient demographics, and insurance information, into designated systems.
  • Process and update medication orders, refills, and prior authorizations with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with all relevant privacy regulations (HIPAA) and company policies.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors, escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain organized and accessible digital records.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors in a remote work setting.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on system changes and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in high-volume data entry or a similar administrative role.
