Job Description
Are you passionate about helping people and eager to kickstart your career from the comfort of your home? We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Online Support Specialists to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through various digital channels. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support to customers via online chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, identify solutions, and guide users through steps to resolve problems.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, service updates, and support best practices.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold TELUS's commitment to customer excellence.
Required Skills
- Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Ability to empathize with customers and effectively de-escalate challenging situations.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet home workspace.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, online support, or a call center environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) or similar tools.
- Experience working in a remote capacity.
