Pfaff Automotive Partners is seeking a motivated Detailing Team Lead (Junior) to join our dynamic Toronto team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a desire to grow into a leadership role. You will support the Detailing Manager, guide a small team, and ensure the highest standards of vehicle presentation for our esteemed clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Detailing Manager in overseeing daily detailing operations and workflow.
- Provide guidance and support to junior detailing technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing services on a variety of luxury and performance vehicles.
- Inspect finished vehicles to ensure all details meet Pfaff Automotive Partners' rigorous standards before customer delivery.
- Help manage detailing supplies inventory and report needs to management.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Train new team members on detailing techniques and safety protocols.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of professional automotive detailing experience.
- Strong knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic leadership potential and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a senior detailer or supervisory role is an asset.
- Certification from a recognized detailing program.
- Familiarity with luxury and performance vehicle detailing specifics.
- Proven ability to motivate and mentor team members.
