Job Description

Are you looking to kick-start a rewarding career in a skilled trade but have no prior experience? Bell Group UK is offering an incredible opportunity to join our team as a Trainee Painter in Falmouth, Cornwall. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals eager to learn the painting and decorating trade from the ground up. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced painters with various tasks on-site, learning best practices and techniques.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and masking.
  • Learn to apply different types of paints, varnishes, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and other equipment.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Handle and store tools and materials properly.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Actively participate in all provided training sessions and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
  • Contribute positively to the team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
