Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Boutique Limo Driver to join our exclusive small fleet in Houston. This role focuses on delivering personalized, high-end transportation experiences to discerning clients. As a key representative of Blacklane, you will be responsible for ensuring punctuality, comfort, and safety, while maintaining our fleet of luxury vehicles to impeccable standards. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of luxury vehicles before, during, and after each trip.
- Adhere strictly to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, planning routes for optimal efficiency.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide a welcoming, respectful demeanor.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and points of interest in Houston.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in luxury transportation or chauffeuring.
- Excellent knowledge of Houston's metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles safely and smoothly.
- Punctuality and reliability are paramount.
