Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Associate to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions, including opening accounts, processing transactions, and explaining various banking products and services.
- Actively identify and refer opportunities for clients to specialists in areas such as lending, investments, and wealth management.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and services to enhance their banking experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of PNC products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support branch operational goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance financial expertise and career growth.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a financial services or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proven track record of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a teller or personal banker.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
