Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Influencer Outreach Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. As an integral part of our outreach efforts, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential influencers across various platforms. Your primary tasks will involve crafting engaging direct messages and emails, tracking outreach progress, and supporting our influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proactive approach to relationship building. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blogs, based on campaign requirements.
- Craft personalized and compelling direct messages (DMs) and emails to initiate contact with influencers.
- Manage and track outreach communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts and communication history.
- Assist in the negotiation and onboarding process for new influencer partnerships.
- Monitor influencer content and performance to identify engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the influencer marketing team to align outreach strategies with campaign goals.
- Provide regular updates on outreach progress and potential leads.
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends and influencer marketing best practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
