Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a friendly and efficient attitude, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Prepare and bake products according to company standards and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shop, including food preparation areas and customer seating.
- Restock display units with fresh products and ensure they are well-presented.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the shop.
- Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold Greggs' brand standards in all customer interactions and shop maintenance.
- Manage stock rotation and minimise waste.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally.
