Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Law Firm Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Chula Vista. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a professional individual eager to begin a career in the legal field. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front office operations with professionalism and efficiency. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive office environment and supporting our legal staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages as needed.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support attorneys and legal staff with various clerical duties.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and tasks.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
