Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Car Service Aide to join our team in Meridian, ID. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
  • Conduct local driving assignments, including vehicle transfers, errands, and occasional client pickups/drop-offs as directed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management for vehicle supplies.
  • Maintain meticulous vehicle appearance, including interior detailing and exterior washing.
  • Support the dispatch team with various operational duties, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Handle client luggage and personal belongings with care and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with management, fellow team members, and clients to ensure exceptional service.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and traffic regulations.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
