Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Online Netflix Executive with a strong focus on sales and support. In this fully remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for Netflix subscribers, providing expert assistance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance their streaming experience through informed recommendations and service upgrades. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and contributing to our client’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic first point of contact for Netflix subscribers via various online channels (chat, email, potentially social media).
  • Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, billing questions, and account management concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively identify and recommend relevant Netflix plans, features, and promotions to enhance the customer's viewing experience and drive sales.
  • Troubleshoot streaming problems, device compatibility issues, and general platform functionality.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly within the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding Netflix services, content, and platform updates.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in training and coaching sessions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in online customer service, sales support, or technical support.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and confidently recommend solutions.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Familiarity with the Netflix platform and streaming technologies.
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
