Job Description

Are you ready to dive into the heart of the action? Live Nation UK is seeking enthusiastic and high-energy individuals to join our Festival Event Crew for various short-term assignments in Norwich. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including stages, fencing, signage, and general site infrastructure.
  • Provide support to various departments such as logistics, catering, artist services, and general site operations.
  • Help manage crowd flow, provide directions, and assist festival-goers with enquiries.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and assist with waste management throughout the event duration.
  • Act as a friendly, approachable, and helpful presence to enhance the overall festival experience for attendees.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and security guidelines and procedures.
  • Be proactive in identifying and resolving minor issues, escalating as necessary.

Required Skills

  • High level of energy and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding, and sometimes challenging outdoor environment.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting moderate weights for extended periods.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or a similar physically demanding role.
  • First Aid certification (desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of local area and transport links in Norwich.
  • A full, clean UK driving license.
