Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Microsoft Business Operations Assistant with a strong focus on workflow optimization to join our dynamic team in Wesley Chapel. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our operational efficiency by managing, streamlining, and improving business processes primarily utilizing Microsoft technologies. You will support various departments, ensuring smooth information flow, efficient task management, and consistent application of best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint.
- Provide technical and administrative support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
- Assist in the documentation of operational procedures and workflow processes.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage and organize business data, reports, and dashboards within Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different operational teams.
- Train end-users on new workflows and Microsoft application functionalities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft SharePoint for content management.
- Hands-on experience developing and managing workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for process improvement.
- Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps for basic application development.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Previous experience in an operations support or administrative role.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals).
