Job Description

We are seeking meticulous and articulate individuals to join our team as Phone Inquiry Mystery Shoppers. This is a part-time, remote position focusing on morning hours, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to improved customer service across various industries. As a Phone Inquiry Mystery Shopper, you will make discreet phone calls to businesses, posing as a genuine customer to evaluate the quality of their phone-based customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to company standards. Your detailed observations and feedback will be crucial in helping our clients enhance their customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone inquiries to assigned businesses, following specific scenarios and guidelines.
  • Evaluate customer service interactions, including professionalism, responsiveness, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurately record detailed observations and complete comprehensive online reports within specified deadlines.
  • Adhere strictly to project guidelines, ethical standards, and confidentiality agreements.
  • Maintain professionalism and objectivity throughout all interactions and reporting.
