Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH UPS Support team member to join our growing remote operations. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth logistics and data accuracy related to UPS shipments, supporting our customers and internal teams. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a dynamic global enterprise. Your primary responsibilities will involve data entry, tracking, resolving shipment-related queries, and maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry related to UPS shipments, including tracking numbers, package details, and delivery statuses.
- Monitor UPS shipment progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to resolve shipment inquiries and provide status updates.
- Investigate and escalate complex UPS-related problems to appropriate teams.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and data entries.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support logistics operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding data security and privacy.
