Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Virtual Sales Support Specialist to join our weekend team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and providing essential support to our sales professionals. This position is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping clients navigate their financial journeys, all from the comfort of their home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads generated over the weekend, qualifying prospects based on established criteria.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via phone and email, effectively communicating Fidelity's value proposition.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and consultations for sales advisors, ensuring seamless handovers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing materials and reports as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead qualification processes and improve conversion rates.
- Stay informed about Fidelity's products, services, and market trends to provide informed support to prospects.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for scheduled shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
