Job Description

Grosvenor Casino Bradford is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Casino Slot Machine Attendant to join our dynamic team. This fast-paced role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are comfortable with night shifts, and are motivated by the potential for high tips. You will be at the heart of our gaming floor, ensuring our slot machine area runs smoothly and our guests have an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor slot machine areas to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with casino policies.
- Provide prompt and friendly assistance to guests with machine malfunctions, payout inquiries, and general questions.
- Process slot machine payouts, jackpot wins, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance on slot machines, such as clearing jams or replacing paper.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the slot machine floor, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Actively promote responsible gaming practices and assist guests with any related concerns.
- Handle cash and process various forms of payment with integrity and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all gaming regulations and company procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
