Job Description
We are seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented Pinterest Image Editor with a strong focus on bulk processing to join our dynamic digital content team. In this hybrid role based in Pasco, Washington, you will be instrumental in optimizing, editing, and preparing a high volume of images specifically for our Pinterest marketing channels. Your work will ensure visual consistency, brand adherence, and optimal engagement, contributing directly to Nordstrom’s online presence and customer experience. This position requires proficiency in image editing software, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to manage large content queues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume image editing, retouching, and manipulation for Pinterest content, adhering strictly to brand guidelines and style guides.
- Utilize batch processing techniques and automation tools to efficiently manage and optimize large sets of images.
- Ensure all images are properly sized, formatted, and optimized for Pinterest's platform requirements and best practices.
- Maintain consistency in image quality, color correction, and visual style across all Pinterest pins.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing specialists, and designers to understand visual needs and deliver polished assets.
- Organize and manage digital assets within our content management system, ensuring proper tagging and categorization.
- Stay updated on Pinterest trends, algorithm changes, and image optimization techniques to maximize content performance.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all edited images before publishing.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or similar professional image editing software.
- Strong understanding of image optimization techniques for web and social media, particularly Pinterest.
