Job Description

As a Remote Sales Call Transcriber with a Lead Management focus at ZoomInfo, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales intelligence by accurately transcribing and categorizing sales conversations. This 100% remote position involves meticulously listening to recorded sales calls, transcribing key details, and identifying critical lead information, next steps, and insights that directly support our lead management and sales enablement efforts. Your work will contribute directly to improving our data accuracy, sales training, and overall go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately transcribe recorded sales calls, meetings, and internal discussions.
  • Identify and extract key information related to leads, prospects, customer needs, pain points, and buying signals.
  • Categorize calls based on content, outcome, and specific lead management criteria.
  • Annotate transcripts with relevant tags and keywords to facilitate data analysis.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy, completeness, and adherence to transcription guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and data analysis teams to refine transcription processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security for all sensitive information.
  • Provide feedback on call quality and recording clarity to improve overall system efficiency.
