Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pharmacy Floor Coordinator with a strong focus on Warehouse & Logistics to join our Boulder distribution center. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, optimizing workflow, and ensuring the accurate and timely handling of pharmaceutical products. You will play a key part in maintaining inventory integrity, coordinating shipments, and upholding our commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical products.
  • Ensure compliance with all Good Distribution Practices (GDP), FDA regulations, and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Oversee inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Manage and optimize product flow within the warehouse, identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., quality assurance, customer service) to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor new warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
  • Prepare daily reports on operational performance, productivity, and any observed anomalies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Proven ability to coordinate daily operations and manage workflow effectively.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) with certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with GDP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems.
  • Certification in first aid or CPR.
