Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for aspiring hospitality professionals with no prior experience to receive comprehensive, full-spectrum training in front desk operations. You will be mentored by seasoned professionals, learning the intricacies of guest relations, reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring a seamless stay for all our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
- Manage guest check-outs, process payments, and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Operate the hotel's switchboard, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Act as an ambassador for Transcorp Hilton Abuja, embodying our values of hospitality and service excellence.
