Job Description

Benefit Cosmetics is seeking an enthusiastic Brow Bar Assistant to join our team on Lisburn Road, Belfast. No prior experience in brow services is required – we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to transform you into a brow expert! This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine interest in makeup and beauty trends. You’ll work alongside experienced aestheticians, helping to create amazing brow transformations and ensuring every client leaves feeling fabulous. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in clients, providing exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
- Assist Brow Experts with client consultations, product recommendations, and aftercare advice.
- Prepare work stations for treatments, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Maintain the Brow Bar's presentation, including stocking products and keeping displays tidy and appealing.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Educate clients on Benefit products and services, promoting our unique offerings.
- Support marketing and promotional activities at the Brow Bar.
- Manage appointment bookings and client inquiries efficiently.
- Participate actively in all training programs provided to develop brow artistry skills.
