Job Description

No prior experience as a chauffeur is required – we provide comprehensive, paid training to equip you with all the skills and knowledge needed to excel in luxury ground transportation. Key Responsibilities
- Complete all required paid training modules to become a certified ExecuCar chauffeur.
- Learn and adhere to all local, state, and company driving regulations and safety protocols.
- Master the operation and maintenance checks of luxury vehicles.
- Develop routes and navigate efficiently using GPS and local area knowledge.
- Practice providing superior customer service, including professional greetings, assistance with luggage, and ensuring passenger comfort.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation standards before, during, and after each trip.
- Adhere to strict punctuality standards for all pickups and drop-offs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients as needed.
- Represent ExecuCar with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C or higher)
- Clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 3-5 years)
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable with using navigation technology (GPS, smartphone apps).
- Physical ability to assist passengers with luggage and enter/exit vehicles repeatedly.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Familiarity with the Temecula Valley area and surrounding regions.
- A desire to learn and grow within the luxury transportation industry.
