Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Service Associate to join our dynamic team, focusing on providing exceptional customer support for a leading global entertainment brand – Netflix. In this hybrid role based in Scottsdale, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with a variety of inquiries related to their Netflix accounts, streaming services, technical issues, and general support. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience through various online channels, including chat, email, and potentially social media. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance to Netflix subscribers via chat, email, and other online platforms.

- Educate customers on how to optimize their Netflix experience and utilize various platform functionalities.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date with Netflix product updates, service changes, and policy modifications.
Required Skills
