Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Special Event Chauffeur to join our San Francisco team. This role focuses specifically on providing exceptional transportation services for clients attending concerts, sporting events, and other high-profile entertainment functions throughout the Bay Area. You will be responsible for ensuring a luxurious, safe, and punctual travel experience, representing EmpireCLS with the utmost professionalism and discretion. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for driving, impeccable customer service skills, and a keen understanding of event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to and from concert venues, sports stadiums, and other event locations.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, punctuality, and discretion at all times.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
- Assist clients with luggage and personal belongings, ensuring their comfort and convenience.
- Navigate complex routes and traffic patterns, utilizing GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding scheduling changes or delays.
- Provide a comfortable and stress-free environment for clients, anticipating their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and service logs.
- Represent EmpireCLS with a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
Required Skills
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C or higher, as required by vehicle type)
- Clean driving record (no major infractions in the past 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of San Francisco Bay Area roads, traffic patterns, and event venues
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays are common for events)
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury vehicle operations and maintenance
- Previous experience as a chauffeur for high-net-worth individuals or celebrities
- Familiarity with in-car technology and entertainment systems
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
