Job Description
Are you looking for a flexible role that keeps you active and pays weekly? Deliveroo is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bicycle Couriers to join our growing team in Liverpool City Centre. As a Bicycle Courier, you’ll be responsible for picking up food orders from local restaurants and delivering them promptly and courteously to our customers. This role offers great flexibility, allowing you to choose your own hours and earn good money while staying fit. Ideal for students, those seeking supplementary income, or anyone who loves cycling and the outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect food orders from various restaurant partners efficiently.
- Deliver orders to customers' locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the safe and secure transport of food items, maintaining quality.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Manage your delivery schedule effectively using the Deliveroo rider app.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards customers, restaurants, and fellow riders.
Required Skills
- Own a reliable bicycle and smartphone.
- Ability to use a smartphone for navigation and the Deliveroo app.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and a love for cycling.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role.
- Familiarity with the Liverpool City Centre area.
