Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Cambridgeshire Crop Picker to work on arable and fruit farms in the Cambridgeshire region. This is a seasonal contract role, offering an excellent opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to the harvest season.
Key Responsibilities
- Harvesting various crops including fruits and vegetables on arable and fruit farms.
- Following specific picking instructions to ensure quality and minimize waste.
- Working efficiently to meet daily picking targets.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations on the farm.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify ripe produce.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in agricultural work or crop picking.
- Knowledge of different crop types and harvesting techniques.
- Full UK driving license.
