Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and highly organized Intake Receptionist to join our dedicated team in Aurora, CO. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal and social services assistance, providing a welcoming and supportive environment. You will manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and gather initial information with sensitivity and professionalism. This position is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing access to justice for low-income Coloradans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and walk-in clients, offering a warm and professional welcome.
  • Conduct initial intake screenings to gather pertinent information, assess client needs, and determine eligibility for services.
  • Schedule appointments for clients with appropriate legal professionals and social service advocates.
  • Maintain organized client records, both digital and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing, and office supplies.
  • Assist with data entry and report generation related to client intake and service statistics.
  • Collaborate with legal staff and social service teams to ensure seamless client transitions and referrals.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, professional, and equipped with necessary resources.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and adherence to privacy protocols.
