Job Description

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Labeling Staff to join our Amazon fulfillment center in Seattle. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in precise work. As part of our team, you will be crucial in organizing products, ensuring they are correctly identified and ready for shipment. This is an easy-to-learn role with comprehensive training provided, focusing on accuracy and efficiency within our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately apply labels to various packages and products according to specific guidelines.
  • Verify product information against digital records using handheld scanners.
  • Sort and organize labeled items into designated areas for further processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and issues.
  • Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.

Required Skills

  • Ability to read and understand English instructions and product labels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Basic computer literacy for scanner operation and data entry.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 49 lbs), and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar environment (not required, but a plus).
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanning devices.
