Harmony at Home is delighted to represent a wonderful family in Exeter seeking a Mother’s Helper for flexible morning work. This is a fantastic entry-level position, ideal for someone eager to gain experience in childcare and household support. No prior experience is required; we are looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to assist. Your primary role will be to provide an extra pair of hands, helping with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the household, allowing the mother to focus on other responsibilities or enjoy quality time with her children. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with morning routines, including breakfast preparation and tidying up.
- Help organize children's play areas and maintain tidiness.
- Perform light household tasks such as laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher, and general tidying.
- Support the mother with childcare duties, under her guidance and supervision.
- Run occasional errands, such as grocery shopping or post office visits.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
- Communicate effectively with the mother regarding daily tasks and children's needs.
Required Skills
- No prior professional experience required – full training provided!
- Reliable and punctual.

- Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
