Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Sentiment Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. This role is crucial for analyzing and categorizing consumer sentiment data from various sources, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our market research insights. You will be responsible for interpreting unstructured text and assigning appropriate sentiment labels (positive, negative, neutral) based on established guidelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately read, interpret, and categorize unstructured text data for sentiment (e.g., positive, negative, neutral, mixed).
  • Apply specific guidelines and rulesets to ensure consistent and high-quality data labeling.
  • Identify and report recurring patterns, anomalies, or issues in the data to improve categorization processes.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy while working independently.
  • Communicate effectively with team leads regarding progress, challenges, and clarifications.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent understanding and application of sentiment guidelines.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
  • Utilize internal tools and software for data entry and tracking.
