Job Description
Are you a bright, enthusiastic 14-year-old looking for your first job? Culver’s in Saint Paul is excited to welcome new team members to our front-of-house crew as a Fast Food Host! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable customer service experience, work in a friendly environment, and earn tips. You’ll be the first friendly face our guests see, ensuring they feel welcomed and their dining experience starts on a positive note. We value a great attitude and eagerness to learn above all else, providing comprehensive training to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist guests with menu inquiries and order placement when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and condiment stations.
- Help with general restaurant cleanliness and light stocking duties.
- Offer assistance to guests, such as carrying trays or finding seating.
- Handle guest concerns or direct them to a manager appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Required Skills
- Must be 14 years of age or older.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
