Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team goals.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.

  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with web browsers and email.
