Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Stock Replenishment Associate to join our retail warehouse team in Sioux Falls, SD. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail shelves are continuously stocked with products, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and contributing to an organized and safe warehouse environment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to teamwork to support our retail operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Replenish retail store shelves from the warehouse, ensuring products are displayed correctly and are readily available for customers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment safely and responsibly (training provided if necessary).
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety hazards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in both the warehouse and retail sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members and store management to optimize product flow and presentation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or stock replenishment role.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
