Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual, 18 years or older, looking to start your career in the financial industry? JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking enthusiastic Bank Associates to join our team in Brickell, FL. This entry-level position is perfect for those who are eager to learn, possess excellent customer service skills, and are ready to contribute to a fast-paced banking environment. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions, and supporting the daily operations of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service, assisting with inquiries and directing them to appropriate bank resources.
- Process routine financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Maintain a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively assist customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
- Adhere strictly to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including those related to security and fraud prevention.
- Balance cash drawer daily and assist with branch opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, escalating when necessary.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of employment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Basic mathematical aptitude and ability to operate standard office equipment.
