Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Night Fill Assistant to join our team in Vaughan. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring our store is well-stocked and ready for customers each morning. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise during overnight shifts, benefiting from high night rates and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently unload deliveries and transport merchandise to designated areas.
  • Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with products according to planograms and store standards.
  • Ensure products are correctly priced, faced, and rotated to maintain freshness and appeal.
  • Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including aisles and backroom areas.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock control procedures as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet nightly targets.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stocking and product placement.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or stocking role.
  • Experience operating manual pallet jacks or similar equipment.
  • Knowledge of retail product handling and safety procedures.
