Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to appropriate services or personnel.
- Assist clients with basic banking transactions and inquiries, including account information, card services, and digital banking support.
- Educate clients on RBC's self-service options and digital tools to enhance their banking experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting branch environment.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support branch operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
- Identify opportunities to refer clients to other RBC specialists for more complex financial needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in high school or a recent high school graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
