Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to appropriate services or personnel.
  • Assist clients with basic banking transactions and inquiries, including account information, card services, and digital banking support.
  • Educate clients on RBC's self-service options and digital tools to enhance their banking experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting branch environment.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support branch operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to other RBC specialists for more complex financial needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in high school or a recent high school graduate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
