Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anonymous visits to designated Publix store locations within the New Port Richey area.
- Objectively observe and evaluate various aspects of the store environment, including cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
- Assess customer service interactions, evaluating associate friendliness, helpfulness, and adherence to company standards.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports using our online platform within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights to help improve overall store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the secret shopper program and findings.

- Access to reliable transportation for store visits.
