Job Description
Are you passionate about cars and have an eye for detail? Mercedes-Benz of Norfolk is seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Interior Specialist to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to learn the art of fine automotive interior detailing. You will be responsible for ensuring the pristine condition of our luxury vehicles’ interiors, contributing directly to our high standards of customer satisfaction. Full training will be provided to help you master the techniques required for maintaining the sophisticated interiors of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning, vacuuming, and conditioning of vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, dashboards, and trim.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to remove stains, odors, and blemishes.
- Detail interior surfaces with precision, ensuring all nooks and crannies are immaculate.
- Polish and protect interior surfaces, including leather, vinyl, and wood accents.
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment.
- Inspect finished vehicles to ensure all quality standards are met before delivery to customers.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures.
