Job Description
As a Limousine Captain – Senior Driver Role, you will be the face of Scottsdale Premier Limousine, providing world-class transportation services to our distinguished clients. This senior position demands exceptional driving skills, unparalleled customer service, a strong understanding of luxury etiquette, and the ability to manage complex itineraries. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, comfortable, and timely travel, maintaining our luxury fleet, and upholding the highest standards of our brand. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations following planned routes or client-specified directions.
- Maintain a pristine appearance of the vehicle, performing daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensuring cleanliness.
- Provide superior customer service, including assisting clients with luggage, opening doors, and anticipating their needs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing client safety and comfort at all times.
- Manage and optimize routes using navigation tools to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch, management, and clients.
- Handle client requests and unexpected situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and travel details.
- Mentor junior drivers on best practices, luxury service standards, and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional chauffeuring experience, preferably in luxury transportation.
- Excellent knowledge of Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding Arizona areas.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong navigational abilities and familiarity with GPS systems.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctuality and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced defensive driving certifications.
- Experience with high-profile clients and security protocols.
- Multilingual abilities.
- Prior experience training or mentoring other drivers.
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) not strictly required for this role but a plus for certain vehicles.
