Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Netflix Information Specialist to join our remote team. This is a 100% Home Office position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the specified region. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and integrity of critical information related to our client, Netflix. You will be responsible for managing data, performing quality checks, and maintaining comprehensive records to support various operational functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, categorize, and organize large volumes of information and data related to Netflix content, user interactions, and platform metrics.
  • Perform thorough quality assurance checks on data entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in information, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all processed information and tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize information management processes and workflows.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
  • Stay updated on Netflix platform changes, content policies, and industry best practices relevant to information management.
