Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Spa Buffet Server to join our esteemed hospitality team at The Ritz-Carlton, Augusta. As a Spa Buffet Server, you will be crucial in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and delightful dining experience within our spa facilities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service for our spa buffet, providing our guests with refreshing beverages and light fare in a tranquil setting. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and refresh the spa buffet area with an attractive and well-stocked selection of food and beverages.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide attentive service.
- Monitor food and beverage levels, ensuring timely replenishment to meet guest demand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the buffet, serving stations, and dining areas throughout service hours.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations and company standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all requests.
- Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies as directed by management.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a cohesive and luxurious guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparing for the next shift.
