Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Transport Specialist to provide safe, efficient, and discreet transportation services for our senior leadership and VIP guests in Wichita, Kansas, and surrounding areas. This critical role requires exceptional driving skills, an unwavering commitment to safety, strict adherence to schedules, and the ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in executive protection or professional chauffeuring and be adept at navigating complex logistical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport executives and VIPs to and from various locations, including airports, corporate offices, and other designated destinations.
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic, weather, and other potential delays.
- Maintain company vehicles in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness at all times.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance needs or issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Provide discreet and confidential service, protecting the privacy and sensitive information of passengers.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other personal effects as needed.
- Manage scheduling and coordination of executive transportation requests.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of professional executive driving or chauffeuring experience.
- Valid state driver's license with an impeccable driving record.
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced defensive driving techniques.
- Proficiency in navigation technologies (GPS, mapping apps).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Discretion and unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in executive protection or security roles.
- Certification in advanced defensive driving or executive chauffeur training.
- Familiarity with the Wichita metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Experience with luxury vehicle operation and maintenance.
