Job Description

You’ll perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring the smooth flow of products from receiving to shipping. Ideal candidates are self-starters, comfortable with physical work, and committed to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and stow products, ensuring accuracy and proper placement within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Sort and prepare products for shipment, adhering to quality standards.
- Operate various equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and effectively (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed in a dynamic setting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds regularly, and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet (with safety equipment).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
